1. Scope of Inspection Service

By booking an inspection with us, you agree that our service is limited to a visual assessment of the roofing system's current condition. This includes surface materials, flashings, and accessible attic spaces.

2. Roof Certification Limitations

A "Roof Certification" is an estimate of the remaining life of the roof. It is not a guarantee or a home insurance policy. We certify that the roof is leak-free at the time of inspection and is expected to remain so for the duration specified in the report (typically 2-3 years), provided no external damage occurs.

3. Payments and Cancellation

• Payment is due upon completion of the on-site inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing via escrow instructions.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a service fee.

4. The "Escrow Clock" Guarantee

We strive to deliver all PDF reports within 48 hours of the physical inspection. Delays caused by lack of property access or extreme weather conditions in the San Fernando Valley are exempt from this timeline.
